1 Order Processing
All orders are subject to payment verification through Stripe’s secure payment platform.
Orders will be processed only after successful payment authorization.
Customers will receive an email confirmation upon successful payment.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
If processing time will be longer than 3 days, you will be notified by email, or phone.
2 Shipping
UPS shipping options are displayed at checkout with estimated delivery times and costs.
Customers can select from standard, expedited, or priority shipping methods.
Shipping is available for addresses within the USA.
International shipping is not available.
Tracking numbers are generated and emailed to customers once the order is shipped.
3 Order Changes/Cancellations
Orders can be modified within 1 hour of purchase, subject to product availability.
Changes may incur additional processing fees.
Full refunds are available for cancellations made before order processing begins.
Partial refunds may apply after order processing has commenced.
Refunds will be processed through the original Stripe payment method.
4 Return/Refund Policy
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
